About Consult Fidelis

Consult Fidelis brings over 50 years combined experience in dynamic environments leading people, managing things, and refining business processes in both the private and public sectors.

With two of our founding members being the United States Marine Corps Veterans and the third member’s brother currently on active duty, it was a no-brainer — our organization’s name should embody what we stand for. Fidelis was derived from the Marine Corps slogan, Semper Fidelis, or in Latin, “Always Faithful.”

Our organization was founded on the principle that small to medium-sized businesses currently lack most resources available to large corporations. It’s our belief that all businesses and agencies should have access to resources above the current standard, if not the same as massive corporations.

Knowing that America’s business is an overwhelmingly small business and only half of them survive more than five years, we decided to embark on a mission — to disrupt the current standard.

With a strong set of common core principles, the depth and breadth of our team’s diverse experience provides an ability to refine organizations with a holistic approach — capitalizing on everything from regulatory compliance and process optimization to asset utilization and talent management.
